Hi, I’m Dan. With over 20 years in construction, I started as a truck driver for a glazing contractor and worked my way up through project management across civil, concrete, masonry, and general contracting. Along the way, I naturally gravitated toward technology and process optimization, helping teams adopt the right tools, improve efficiency, and scale operations.
At the same time, I spent nearly a decade as a YouTube content creator, mastering videography, drones, editing, and digital media strategy. What started as a side project became a hands-on learning experience that reshaped my career. A simple decision to bring my drone into the office led to obtaining my FAA Part 107 certification and eventually launching a full-scale drone program—a pivotal moment that merged construction, technology, and content creation.
That blend of field expertise, problem-solving, and digital communication opened doors I never expected. It led to a role in technical sales for one of the largest construction technology companies in the world, where I worked with some of the biggest construction and architecture firms in America. It was the culmination of years of experience—bridging field operations, emerging technology, and content creation in a way that continues to shape my approach today.
